Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

works really great, a love the dumplings it makes
love love love this little unit! couldn't wait for it to arrive and try it out. I made spinach, ricotta & feta puff pastry bites this morning. It sealed them so well. I am not coordinated enough to use the 9 second countdown auto button as yet, but the slow poke button work beautifully.
, highly recommended. Easy to use crimped and sealed perfectly. Shallow fried to brown them then air fryer for 4 minutes so they're crisp and not greasy.
